Online Manual done

Today I finished the first draft on the online manual for Plutoport! You can find it on the Tutorials page. Because Plutoport is so easy to use, it isn't very long but should cover all the basics. As we get feedback we will continue to update and refine it to be even more helpful. I also plan to add more graphics to it soon.Sincerely,
